Ben-Hayim is currently the Director of MOFET International's Online Academy. He is a Ph.D Candidate at Bar-Ilan University, in the Department of Technology in Education, specializing in distance learning.

Ben-Hayim has extensive experience in managing projects which implement computerized learning systems. He develops, writes and teaches curriculum in advanced computer applications.
