​Dr. Kritz is a co-director of the Online Academy of the International channel of the MOFET Institute and the Coordinator of the Online Environment Team and the Center for Technology and Multiculturalism at MOFET.

He is an Academic-technological advisor at Kibbutzim College and a lecturer in the field of ICT in teacher education. Dr. Kritz has written three books on the topic of the Internet, and many articles discussing Progressive Education and Kibbutz Education.
